Saved data is missing
Videos or images you saved no longer appear in the list, or a whole folder is gone.
The app will not start, or keeps quitting
It quits on a white screen, or closes by itself while you are using it.
Downloads are not saving
No save button appears, nothing happens when you tap it, or the download stalls.

If none of this helps
If you can open the app, writing from inside it gets your problem solved fastest. Go to Settings → About this app → Email a bug or request. Your iOS version, app version and device model are filled in automatically, which saves a round of questions from me.
