Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope)

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the rules that users ("you" or "User") must follow when using the iOS apps "Save Videos - iCap" and "Save Images - iDig" (the "Apps") provided by umebo ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the Apps, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

Each app provides its own dedicated features. We may change the content of the service as needed to improve quality and user convenience.

Article 3 (Subscriptions)

The Apps offer a monthly subscription and a one-time purchase plan that unlock premium features. See each app for details on pricing and available features.

• The monthly plan is an auto-renewing subscription. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal date, it will renew automatically and you will be charged.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription from the "Subscriptions" section of your Apple ID settings.
• The one-time purchase plan remains usable indefinitely after purchase (it does not auto-renew).
• Billing and refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's App Store terms.

Article 4 (Privacy Policy)

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Destroying or interfering with the functioning of our servers or network
• Interfering with the operation of our services
• Collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
• Attempting unauthorized access
• Impersonating another user
• Directly or indirectly providing benefits to anti-social forces in connection with our services
• Using the Apps for commercial purposes beyond personal use
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Apps
• Any other conduct we deem inappropriate

The Apps provide a feature to save content you view in a browser onto your device. Saving or using content that infringes copyright, portrait rights, or other third-party rights falls under prohibited conduct above. Please use this feature responsibly and at your own discretion.

Article 6 (Disclaimer)

1. We do not warrant that the Apps are free of defects in fact or law (including, without limitation, safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, fitness for a particular purpose, or security).
2. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for any damages arising from the Apps, including without limitation the loss or corruption of saved data.

Article 7 (Termination)

If a User violates these Terms, we may suspend that User's access to the Apps or terminate the agreement without prior notice.

Article 8 (Changes)

We may change these Terms as needed. The revised Terms will take effect once posted within the Apps or on our website (the Site).

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the Apps shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
