What we build
umebo develops iOS apps for saving, organizing, combining, finding and viewing images and videos on iPhone. Our apps include iCap, iDig, ConcatImg, WebCap, iSearch, iPlayer and iNote. This site is also their home for official help and release information.
What matters to us

Solving a real problem clearly matters more than simply adding more features. - Do not guess.
We check app behavior and actual reports before presenting a cause or workaround as fact. - Keep maintaining.
Operating systems and web services change. We use release history and user reports to keep both apps and guidance current. - Collect no more than needed.
Site measurement is kept minimal, and files handled by our apps stay on the device whenever possible.
Problems drive improvements
We do not expand Help just to create more pages. When the same problem appears repeatedly in support messages or reviews, we verify it and turn what we learn into guidance that helps the next person solve it themselves.
Still being improved
Our release history shows what changed across the apps. Keeping old guidance from becoming misleading is part of maintaining software, too.
